Our one-of-a-kind wreaths are ready-to-ship within 5–7 days of purchase unless they are custom-designed pieces. Shipping is calculated at checkout to ensure the best delivery rates for you.
Delivery Destination
We currently ship exclusively within the lower 48 states. At this time, we are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, or international addresses to ensure your delicate floral fineries arrive safely.
Tracking & Care
Once your wreath leaves our shop, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number to follow its journey through the carrier. If your package encounters a bump in the road, please reach out—we are here to help.

Shipping Details
Lower 48 States
We provide shipping throughout the continental U.S. Packages are shipped UPS Ground and insured for the entire purchase price. Delivery usually takes 5-7 business days.
No P.O. Box Mail
Due to the size of our handcrafted boxes, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, APO addresses, or abroad to ensure your floral wreath stays intact.
Arrival Monitoring
Expect a friendly update with tracking info once your box departs our Lexington, TN shop. If your order arrives damaged, please notify us immediately.

Each wreath is handcrafted with care, so slight variations are normal and part of its charm. If your order arrives damaged or not as described, please contact us immediately after delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work with you to offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation. If you are truly dissatisfied with your purchase, please reach out to us.
Non-Refundable Items
Because each custom wreath is made especially for you, all custom pieces are non‑refundable once received unless they have been damaged during shipping. As soon as we begin creating any custom piece, your deposit becomes non‑refundable, as materials and design time are dedicated specifically to your order.
